   1. Committee Reports
   a)  Captain, Treasurer, Secretary produced reports for the year
    and all were adopted and approved by the meeting.
   b) Sean Daly produced report for the very successful birdie Hole held during the year.

 2. 2010 Committee Positions
    Des Barry proposed for Captain by S.Daly, seconded by P.Murray and agreed by the meeting.
    P.Cantwell agreed to act as Capt. Designate until Dessie returns.
    L.O'Shea was elected as Vice-Captain.
    P.Lee returned as Secretary.
    G.Verschoyle returned as Treasurer.
     Committee Members, P.Cantwell, S.Doody, S.Daly, T.Tyrrell, P.O'Brien.
     Committee to meet on a regular basis every 6-8 weeks.

 3. Rules
    J.Reddin Proposed that the Rules/Penalties be agreed upon, printed and sent to each member.
    J.Masterson, T.Brennan, J.Reddin were elected to undertake this task.
    P.Cantwell agreed to act again as Offical starter for determining order of play
    and a time of 4.45 was agreed upon as the 1st start time.

 4. Membership Applications
     New members are B.Chaney, S.McCarthy, J.Maher, P.Brennan..

 5. Annual Subscription Fees..
    Set at 150euro to be paid over the 1st 12 weeks (No Exceptions).
    Weekly Prizes will be reduced from 10 bottles to 6 bottles.
    Birdie Hole prize of 50euro will be divided evenly if there is more than 1 winner on the night.
    Any disputes on the course should be sorted out between the players,
    or else brought to the committee whose decision shall be final.

 6. Doubles Competition Subscription Fees..
     Draw for the Doubles Competition will be held on March 22nd.
    M.Martin will collect the Subs set at 10euro.
    Entry limited to 1st 32 players. Early Registration advised.
    High/Low Handicapper paired for Doubles Team with the 10 best outing points to count.
